London Hosts Second Halal Forum to Explore Global Trade, Investment and Technology
———————————————–
London hosted the second London Halal Forum on October 10–11, bringing together business leaders, investors, policymakers and experts to explore investment opportunities and strengthen international cooperation across the global halal economy.

Held at the Queen Elizabeth II Centre under the theme “Halal Tayyib for Humanity,” the event is organized by Halal360, a joint initiative of the Islamic Chamber of Commerce and Development and Halal Products Development Company.

The discussions extend beyond halal food and certification to cover investment, tourism, technology, supply chains, branding and international trade. Artificial intelligence is expected to feature prominently, particularly in improving supply-chain management, business development, market access and halal certification processes.

Participants from the United Kingdom, Türkiye, Saudi Arabia, Nigeria and several African countries are expected to explore cross-border partnerships and opportunities to enter new markets.

The forum follows last year’s inaugural edition, which attracted more than 1,500 participants in person and online, featured over 35 international speakers and included an exhibition of halal products from more than 10 countries.
