Muslim community leaders meet with Montreal mayor in support of Muslim community after Quebec attack

Muslim community leaders, including al-KhoeiFoundation’s president, attended a meeting with Montreal mayor Denis Borderer and other religious leaders in support of the Muslim community after the Quebec City mosque terrorist attack.

Less than 24 hours after a gunman killed six people in a Quebec City mosque, Montreal Mayor Denis Coderre held a joint press conference with leaders from the city’s Muslim community at the city hall on Monday. 

People across the country came together Monday evening to mourn those who lost their lives in the shooting.
