Shirazi Religious Authority sponsors Iraqi-Kuwaiti Shia project to print the Holy Quran in English

A joint Shia activity between the Muhammad Al-Amin Organization in Kuwait and the Sadiqiyah Cultural Foundation affiliated with the Shirazi Religious Authority in the Iraqi province of Basra, resulted in the printing of the Holy Quran in English, which many considered a great achievement for those in charge of the project.

This important idea stems from the will of the Noble Prophet (peace be upon him and his progeny) to revive the matter of the two great treasures (the book of God and the family of Ahlulbayt, peace be upon them) and spread their culture to all mankind.

A joint statement of those in charge of the project, received by Shia Waves News Agency, stated that “the joint and continuous cooperation between the Organization and the Foundation resulted in this important achievement in preserving, caring for and publishing the Glorious Book of God.”

The statement stated that “The Supreme Religious Authority, Grand Ayatollah Sayyed Sadiq al-Husseini Al-Shirazi, has recommended more than once on the need to expand Quranic projects in order to serve the dissemination of the great divine culture.”

His Eminence, the Grand Ayatollah Shirazi, confirms in previous lectures, that “everything in the Quran is a call to the Pure Progeny, and everything about the Pure Progeny (peace be upon them) in terms of sayings, deeds, and reports, all of that is a call to the Holy Quran as well.”
