Islamic Seminary of Ibn Fahd Al-Hilli celebrates the second Eid Al-Ghadir on the ninth of Rabi’ Al-Awwal
The ninth of the month of Rabi’ al-Awwal is known as Farhat al-Zahraa, peace be upon her, and is considered a special day of joy and celebration when God Almighty answered the supplication of Lady Fatima al-Zahra, peace be upon her, and her enemy, who was the founder of injustice, was killed.
Farhat al-Zahraa, peace be upon her, is the day of disavowal of the enemies of the Ahlulbayt, peace be upon them, as was mentioned in the honorable narrations of the Commander of the Faithful, peace be upon him.
In a statement of its importance, the Supreme Religious Authority, Grand Ayatollah Sayyed Sadiq al-Husseini al-Shirazi, emphasized that the ninth of Rabi’ al-Awwal is the day of showing disavowal to the enemies of the Ahlulbayt, peace be upon them.”
The Islamic Seminary of Sheikh Ahmad bin Fahd Al-Hilli revived the great occasion on Saturday morning (the eleventh of Rabi’ Al-Awwal 1444 AH) with a ceremony attended by the seminary’s teachers, dignitaries and students.
A number of preachers and seminary students participated in reviving the ceremony with poems of praise and loyalty to the Ahlulbayt, peace be upon them.
