Eid al-Adha prayer in congregation at Bein al-Haramein, Karbala

The area between the two Holy Shrines of Imam Hussain and his brother al-Abbas, or Bein al-Haramein, witnessed this morning the Eid al-Adha prayer.

Crowds of believers arrived at the holy land to perform the congregational Eid prayer.

The prayer was held more than once, due to the large number of pilgrims who came to perform this ritual.

There was also the central prayer in the square between the two Holy Mosques, which was crowded with worshipers who were led by His Eminence Sheikh Habib Al-Kadhemi, and another prayer was held in the courtyard of the Holy Shrine of Imam Hussein, peace be upon him, as well as the courtyard of Abu al-Fadl al-Abbas, peace be upon him.
