Collective Wedding Ceremony Held on Mid-Sha’ban in Herat

On the auspicious occasion of Mid-Sha’ban, marking the blessed birth anniversary of Imam al-Mahdi (may Allah hasten his reappearance), the Imam Ali Quranic Center in Pashtun Zarghun District, Herat, organized a collective wedding ceremony for 22 couples.

The event, coinciding with the birth anniversary of the Saviour of Humanity, aimed to promote Islamic values and support young couples in starting their marital lives with blessings and simplicity.

The ceremony was attended by religious scholars, community leaders, and families of the newlyweds. The Quranic Center provided essential support, including dowries and other necessities, ensuring the couples could begin their journey with dignity. Many young reciters trained in the center were also present in the ceremony to highlight the significance of Quranic teachings in inspiring a righteous, decent life.
