The director of Khanaqin immigration, Ali Ghazi Agha, said that the ISIS terrorists attacked the outskirts of the village of Dakka Mikael, north of Khanaqin, resulting in the death of a civilian, the kidnapping of two others, and the burning of a vehicle.
Agha added that the security forces began a wide combing operation in the area of the incident.
Villages in the countryside of Khanaqin are subject to repeated attacks by the terrorists.
