Military sources said over 15 terrorists were killed in fierce clashes between the Syrian army forces and the terrorist groups in the nearby areas of Ayn al-Dawlah village East of Zabadani, which was not part of the six-month-long ceasefire agreement.
The sources said that the Syrian Army carried out a powerful assault on the positions of al-Nusra Front, and their allies from the Free Syrian Army (FSA) and HarakatAhrar Al-Sham at the village of Ayn al-Dawlah in the East hills of Zabadani.
The sources added that over 15 terrorists were killed and several more were injured by the army troops in the Ayn al-Dawlah fighting.
Zabadani is located 50 kilometers Northwest of Damascus and 12 kilometers Northeast of Lebanon’s Masnaa border crossing.
