Tanzania: Educational Course Aims to Enhance the Capacities of Preachers and Develop Methods of Islamic Propagation
The BILAL Muslim Mission in Tanzania organized a specialized educational course aimed at developing the knowledge and skills of preachers and those working in the religious field, as well as enhancing their abilities to present Islamic teachings in innovative and impactful ways.
The course is being held in the city of Kibaha in the coastal region of Pwani, with participation from several preachers, particularly teachers and officials of the centers affiliated with the mission. The event is scheduled to last five days.
The educational program focuses on developing skills for creating and presenting religious content in a clear and appealing manner, selecting topics that align with community needs, and improving communication methods with diverse audience segments.
The course aims to prepare a more competent generation of preachers who can convey Islamic teachings in contemporary language and utilize modern means and methods in propagation and education. This initiative encourages community members to listen, think, and interact positively.
The organization of the course, in collaboration with several supporting institutions, is part of efforts to enhance the scientific and professional development of those working in the fields of Islamic propagation and education. It seeks to enhance their performance to meet societal changes and needs.
