Mazar-i-Sharif-based office of Grand Ayatollah Shirazi continues its humanitarian activities
The office of Grand Ayatollah Shirazi in Afghanistan’s Mazar-i-Sharif has confirmed the continuation of its humanitarian activities in the city.
According to a statement released today Monday, the office said: “The humanitarian assistance and activities are continuing to be delivered to the disadvantaged and orphaned families in Mazar-i-Sharif and other Afghan cities”.
It added that, “recently, the office, in cooperation with Al-Mustafa Cultural Organization, distributed sacrificial meat to needy families in honor of hastening the hounarable reappearance of Imam Al-Mehdi, peace be upon him.”
It should be mentioned that these activities are based on the recommendations and instructions of His Eminence Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Sadiq al-Husseini al-Shirazi.
