The Guardian criticizes G20 summit for hiding Indian Muslim killings
In an article, the British newspaper ‘The Guardian’ has discussed several cases of actions against Muslims of India during the Prime Ministership of Narendra Modi.
The Guardian exposes these facts while the leaders of G20 summit, hosted by India, act as if this government sets a model for democracy in the world.
Rana Ayyub, author of the article, points to the propaganda that is carried out by the Indian government to present itself as a democratic government, while this is only a disguise and an attempt to cover the true ugly image of the Indian government, which has culminated in the continuous suppression of minorities in this country.
She mentions some of the actions that Modi’s extremist supporters have committed against Indian Muslims, adding that: “Spreading hatred against Muslims in India is quite visible and is an easy way for those who want to win the elections and gain acceptance and popularity among the society.”
