Karbala Hussainiya opened in capital of Bangladesh

“Karbala Hussainiya” was opened in the city of Dhaka, the capital of Bangladesh, in a ceremony attended by a group of Shiites from the city of Mirpur.

Hundreds of Shiites of the Pure and Infallible Ahl al-Bayt, peace be upon them, as well as some officials and social and local figures attended this event, which was held during Eid al-Ghadir period.

It should be mentioned that Shia Muslims are a minority in Bangladesh, with roughly 2% of the population being Shia.
