Karbala-based Sayyeda Fatima al-Zahra Foundation distributes financial aids to orphan families

As part of celebrating the Great Eid of Allah Almighty – Eid-ul-Ghadir, the Sayyeda Fatima al-Zahra Foundation in Holy Karbala has carried out a philanthropic work to assist hundreds of orphan families.

The director of the Foundation, Sheikh Ali Al-Mujahid, said in a statement to Shia Waves that, “The Foundation distributed financial aids to hundreds of orphan families in Holy Karbala as part of its humanitarian campaign to help them cope with the difficulties of living.”

Al-Mujahid added that, “This activity has been launched as Muslims are celebrating Eid-ul-Ghadir and based on directives and recommendations of Grand Ayatollah Shirazi to care for the needy and orphan families.”
