Human rights organization: More than 13,000 children and women have been martyred and wounded since the start of the war on Yemen

Entisaf Organization for Women and Child Rights announced that the number of children and women victims of the war waged by the Saudi-led coalition in Yemen has exceeded 13,313 martyrs and wounded.
Statistics issued by the organization indicated that since the beginning of the war, the number of martyred women and children reached 6273, including 2426 women and 3847 children, while the number of wounded reached 7040 wounded, including 2834 women and 4206 children.
The organization’s head, Somaya Al-Taifi, held the coalition responsible for all the crimes and violations committed against civilians in Yemen for nearly seven years.
She pointed out that the continuation of the war in the detention of oil derivatives ships has catastrophic repercussions on all vital sectors, especially the health sector, as it was a major reason for the high indicators of deaths among children, premature infants and mothers, in the intensive care and emergency departments, and operations in public and private hospitals due to the inability to provide fuel to operate devices, provide them with electric current, and store medicines.
It called on the international community and UN organizations to bear legal and humanitarian responsibility towards the violations and the heinous massacres of civilians of the Yemeni people, calling on the free people of the world to take effective and positive action to stop the aggression and protect civilians from women and children.
