Grand Ayatollah Shirazi to deliver lecture on the night of Ashura

The Supreme Religious Authority, His Eminence Grand Ayatollah Sayyed Sadiq al-Husseini al-Shirazi, will deliver a lecture tomorrow night to crowds of mourners in an annual tradition on the night of Ashura.
It is expected that a crowd of scholars, students of the seminary, and general followers of the Ahlulbayt, peace be upon them, will attend.
In his lecture, His Eminence will address some of the characteristics of the Husseini cause and rituals, and the painful events that took place on the tenth day of Muharram.
Shia media channels, including Imam Hussein media group, Marjaeya, and social networking sites, will air the event live at exactly 8:30 Karbala time.
