Palestine: Number of victims of the Israeli bombing nears 140, half of whom are children and women

The Civil Defense in the Gaza Strip said that the number of victims of the Israeli bombing of the Strip rose to 139 people, including 39 children and 22 women.
The Israeli warplanes fired its air strikes on Gaza in the early hours of Saturday morning.
Palestinian medics said that at least 12 died overnight in air strikes across Gaza, adding that a woman and her three children were among the dead after their home in a refugee camp was hit.
