Ahlulbayt University enters the Times Higher Education World University Rankings with a superior rank among Iraqi universities


The Ahlulbayt University in the holy city of Karbala, entered the British Times Higher Education World University Rankings with a superior rank among Iraqi universities.
The ranking evaluates universities following a number of United Nations goals including quality education, health, partnerships, industry, innovation, climate action and gender equality.
The university ranked eighth among the Iraqi governmental and private universities that entered the classification for this year, which numbered 27 public and private universities.
It is worth noting that Ahlulbayt University, peace be upon them, is considered the first private university established in Iraq in 2003, and includes six faculties: dentistry, pharmacy, medical technology, law, literature and Islamic Sciences.
