Four civilians killed in IED explosion in Ghazni Province, eastern Afghanistan


Four civilians were killed and 2 others were wounded, when an explosive device planted on the side of a road exploded in Ghazni Province, eastern Afghanistan.
An Afghan source said, “An explosive device exploded in the Shaliz area in Ghazni province, killing 4 civilians and wounding 2 others.”
On the other hand, 4 members of the Afghan police and a university professor were killed by unidentified gunmen in the capital, Kabul, a security source told Sputnik.
The source added, “Unidentified gunmen shot Rafi Othmani, a lecturer at a private university, in the fourth district in Kabul,” adding, “The gunmen also shot four security personnel in the Paghman area of the capital, Kabul.”
