Former US Senator Richard Black affirmed that the United States supports terrorist organizations in their plots against the Syrian people, stressing that Washington should put an end to its brutal and barbaric war in the Arab country.
Black said in an international conference held by the Schiller Institute in Washington, that the US administration supports terrorist organizations, destroying Syria and stealing the wealth of the Arab country, and imposing sanctions to deprive the Syrian people of the basic necessities of life, stressing the need to stop this madness.
He added, “I am amazed at the outrageous aggression that America is launching in Syria, and after ten years of war it has been confirmed to me that the West loves terrorism.”
He explained that “Washington is not fighting a war on terrorism, as it claims, but is closely allied with its terrorist organization, to implement its political and exploitative agendas,” noting that “the illegal US sanctions against Syria and hostile measures it has caused immense suffering to Syrian civilians, as it only targets the poor and the vulnerable, it is one of the most severe types of wars that can be waged.”
