Implementation of 253 military operations against ISIS terrorists this year

The Iraqi Counter-Terrorism Service (CTS) announced that it has carried out more than 253 military operations against ISIS terrorists this year.
In a statement received by Shiawaves Agency, the CTS stated, “With direct instructions from the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces and under the direct supervision and planning of the Commander of the Counter-Terrorism Service, First Lieutenant General Abd al-Wahhab al-Saadi, the Counter-Terrorism Service forces and the tactical units of the Special Operations were able to carry out 253 operations this year, as 292 terrorists were arrested and 206 others were killed.”
“These operations were carried out with air support from the aviation of the Iraqi army and the international coalition.”
