The Religious Administration of Ukraine’s Muslims and the Islamic associations celebrated the birth anniversary of Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him and his progeny, in several cities and villages.
According to press reports, the Administration indicated that Muslims gathered and recited the Holy Quran and read the story of the Prophet’s birth.
A group of men and women as well as children attended and participated in the celebrations.
The sources added that the AYA Group Publishing House released new recordings in honor of the auspicious occasion.
The birth anniversary of Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him and his progeny, is commemorated by Muslims throughout the month of Rabi al-Awwal.
