Shias worldwide commemorate martyrdom anniversary of Imam Hassan al-Askary

Shias around the world are commemorating the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Hassan al-Askary, peace be upon him.
Mourning ceremonies are being held in Husseiniyahs, Islamic centers and houses of Ahlulbayt followers, peace be upon them, where the blessed biography of the Imam and the sorrowful tragedy of his martyrdom are remembered.
Imam Hassan al-Askary is the eleventh Imam and the father of the Awaited Imam Mahdi, may Allah hasten his reappearance.
