Funeral procession of late son of Ayatollah Shirazi will be held on Thursday in Holy Najaf, Karbala

The office of Grand Ayatollah Sayed Sadiq Al-Husseini Al-Shirazi has announced that the funeral procession for the late Ayatollah Sayed Ali Al-Shirazi, the son of Grand Ayatollah Sayed Sadiq Al-Husseini Al-Shirazi, will be held in Holy Najaf on Thursday.

According to the office, the procession will take place in the holy city of Najaf on Thursday at 9:00 AM, starting from the Tusi Mosque, where believers will gather to bid farewell to the deceased.

The procession will then continue in the holy city of Karbala on Thursday at 4:00 PM, starting from the headquarters of Ayatollah Shirazi’s Mission on the Qibla Street of Imam Hussain, peace be upon him, at the Sayyidul-Shuhadda Hawza.

It should be noted that a memorial service (Majlis Al-Fatiha) will be held for his pure soul for two days, starting on Friday, the 11th of Safar, at 3:00 PM, at the headquarters of Ayatollah Shirazi’s Mission in the holy city of Karbala.
