Executives worldwide anticipate dramatic reduction in workforce due to AI, new survey finds

According to a recent survey of C-suite executives worldwide, artificial intelligence (AI) is expected to have a profound impact on the job market.

A significant proportion of companies anticipate a decrease in their workforce over the next five years as a result of implementing this technology.

The Swiss staffing company, Adecco Group, in collaboration with research firm Oxford Economics, conducted a thorough poll, involving 2,000 executives from nine countries and 18 industries.

The results indicated that 41% of these executives expect a decline in their workforce due to the integration of artificial intelligence (AI).
