Feature film telling stories of children recovered from cancer by blessings of Imam Hussein completed

The old town of Holy Karbala witnessed the completion of a feature film which tells the story of children who recovered from cancer by the blessings of Imam Hussein, peace be upon him.

The film, titled “Al-Ramadha,” tells the story of Iraqi children who have recovered from cancer through the blessings of Imam Hussein, peace be upon him.

The film’s director, Majid Ismail, announced the completion of filming, with the Holy Shrine of Imam Hussein sponsoring the production.

The film is part of a series of five films that narrate real stories of children who have recovered from illness.

This cinematic work traces the journey of children who suffered from cancer and received treatment at the Warith Foundation for Cancer Treatment, established by the Holy Shrine of Imam Hussein in Karbala.

The 60-minute film was shot over a period of 28 days with Iraqi actors and an Iranian filming crew. Production for the second film in the series is set to begin in two months.
