Beirut-based Husseiniya of Hussein bin Ali distributes food baskets to needy families

Coinciding with the holy month of Ramadan (1446 AH), the Husseiniya of Hussein bin Ali, the Master of Martyrs (peace be upon him), affiliated with the Supreme Shirazi Authority in the Lebanese capital Beirut, distributed dozens of food baskets to underprivileged families. This humanitarian initiative aims to alleviate the suffering of needy families during the blessed month.

Officials at the Husseiniya emphasized that this initiative comes in response to the directives of the Supreme Religious Authority, His Eminence Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Sadiq al-Husseini al-Shirazi, who stresses the importance of supporting poor families and extending a helping hand to those in need.

This project was implemented in cooperation with the Al-Amal Al-Risali Charitable Association, which works to provide various humanitarian aid according to the needs of families.

These charitable initiatives aim at promoting the values of social solidarity and compassion among members of the community, inspired by the teachings of the Ahlulbayt who emphasize the necessity of assisting the needy and caring for the poor, particularly in the month of goodness and blessings.
