Grand Ayatollah Shirazi: Tasbihat of Lady Fatimah (peace be upon her) Take Precedence Over All Other Post-Prayer Invocations

On Wednesday, the 12th of Rabi’ al-Thani, the daily scholarly sessions led by Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Sadiq Hosseini Shirazi continued in his residence in Qom. During this session, as in previous meetings, the Supreme Marja answered attendees’ questions on various jurisprudential issues.

Regarding the virtue of the Tasbihat of Lady Fatimah (peace be upon her) after prayer, Grand Ayatollah Shirazi stated that some narrations indicate that her Tasbihat take precedence over all other post-prayer invocations and dhikr, even before a person exits the state of prayer or changes their sitting position.

His Eminence further elaborated on the merits of other post-prayer invocations, noting that individuals have the discretion to choose among them unless there is evidence indicating that certain invocations should be prioritized.
