Canadian newspaper publishes photograph of a pilgrim carrying symbolic image of Imam Hussein

The French-language digital newspaper “La Presse”, published daily in Montreal — Canada, released a special photograph of one of the honorable pilgrims on their way to Holy Karbala.

The photograph, published on the newspaper’s best weekend’s phot list, showed a pilgrim in the city of Faw in the far south of Iraq, carrying a symbolic image of the Master of Martyrs, peace be upon him.

The newspaper issued in 1884 indicated that “the date of the visit of the forty Husseini for this year will be at the beginning of next September”.

The Canadian-based newspaper, first published in 1884, pointed out that this year’s Arabeen will be commemorated in September.
