Karbalaei pilgrims mark 40-day-Pilgrimage after Sayyeda Zainab’s martyrdom

A number of Hussein processions from Holy Karbala commemorated the anniversary of the passing of forty days over the martyrdom of Sayyeda Zainab, peace be upon her, at her Holy Shrine, located in Damascus, Syria.

According to the correspondent of Shia Waves Agency in Damascus, mourning and service processions commemorated this painful memory through holding mourning ceremonies.

The correspondent reported the message of the loyal Shias of AhlulBayt, peace be upon them, from Karbala as they confirmed that that this calamity lives in their hearts and that they would strive to commemorate it every year.
