Madagascar: Shirazi-affiliated Umm al-Banin Center holds cultural symposium on Umm al-Banin

Umm al-Banin Center in the city of Majunga, Republic of Madagascar, held a cultural symposium entitled (Sayyida Umm al-Banin, peace be upon her, the ideal and missionary woman) under the auspices of the Office of the Supreme Religious Authority, His Eminence, Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Sadiq al-Husayni al-Shirazi in the city.

The representative of Ayatollah Shirazi in the city, Hujjat al-Islam wal-Muslimeen, Sheikh Muhammad Radhi Wasram, said in a statement to (Shia Waves Agency):

“The cultural symposium was presented by Sheikh Naseer, one of the professors of the Umm Al-Banin Center affiliated with the honorable Religious Authority, and it discussed the life of the great lady, Umm Al-Banin, Fatima Bint Hizam Al-Kilabiyyah, peace be upon her.

He continued, “The symposium was held in the presence of a group of Zainabi women who follow the example of such a great woman, and the great sacrifices she made in supporting the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them).”
