Grand Ayatollah Shirazi calls for spreading teachings of Sayyeda Fatima al-Zahra worldwide
On the occasion of the Fatimiyyah days, marking the martyrdom of Sayyeda Fatima al-Zahra (peace be upon her), Grand Ayatollah Sayyed Sadiq al-Husseini al-Shirazi called for the global dissemination of her teachings and objectives.
In remarks shared by his office, the Supreme Religious Authority emphasized that spreading Sayyeda Fatima al-Zahra’s message aligns with fulfilling one of God’s key purposes in the Qur’an, to make truth clear to all: “so that those who perish do so with clear evidence and those who live do so with clear evidence” (Qur’an 8:42).
The Grand Marja stressed the importance of commemorating the causes of Ahlulbayt, peace be upon them, especially Sayyeda Fatima’s martyrdom, not just as religious rituals, but as a means to spread their knowledge and values.
His Eminence urged scholars and thinkers to seize these occasions to introduce the world to the noble teachings of the Ahlulbayt, ensuring that their legacy is preserved and passed on to future generations.
