As part of Waleed Al-Kaaba Week, Imam Ali Holy Shrine stages exhibition of Shrine’s prominent landmarks
In commemoration of the birth of Imam Ali, peace be upon him, and as part of the activities of the Week of Waleed Al-Kaaba, organized by the Secretariat-General of Imam Ali Holy Shrine, the Media Department at the holy shrine held an art exhibition that displayed 200 artistic photographs documenting the most prominent landmarks of Imam Ali Holy Shrine and its stages of construction.
The Member of the Board of Directors of the Holy Shrine Hassan Al-Jaberi said in a statement viewed by Shia Waves Agency: “The photographs that were displayed express some angles and corners that the honorable visitor cannot see anywhere else,” explaining that these photographs “were taken in a professional artistic manner and from multiple angles that reflected the beauty of the holy shrine and its contents of writings and Quranic verses engraved on the tile.”
The head of the Media Department at the holy shrine Haider Rahim pointed out that “the exhibition, in its sixth session, featured 200 photographs, most of which were documentation of the most prominent landmarks of the Holy Shrine of Imam Ali, peace be upon him.”
