On the International Human Rights Day, the World Shirazi Foundation warned of the consequences of the policies of greed, ambition, and racism, and the practices that follow from negative discrimination.
These policies have contributed to and continue to create suffering for wide and diverse social groups in the international community, resulting in serious violations that rise to the level of international crimes.
This came in a message from the organization received by the AhlulBayt News Agency, in which it said that “the peoples of the earth who are most harmed by human rights violations are specifically the countries of the Middle East, as shown by the data and recurring human rights studies.”
The organization confirmed in its message that “the monopolization of power and wealth, dictatorship, oppression, forced disappearances, executions, and costly wars have expanded beyond imagination in the past two decades.”
It continued that many of the political systems in the countries mentioned ignore international human rights laws in detail, explaining that these countries impose repression, torture, and confiscation of public rights.
It explained that “political crimes are a reality that international organizations are unable to combat, while countries that claim democracy and support international law have become involved in sectarian conflicts that have led them to a humiliating bias of silence and turning a blind eye, and sometimes indirect incitement to commit violations.”
