Fatima al-Zahra Foundation distributes third batch of bedroom furniture to newlyweds
The Fatima al-Zahra Cultural and Charitable Foundation in Holy Karbala, Iraq, announced on Sunday that it had distributed the third batch of gifts to newlyweds.
The foundation, one of the centers affiliated to the Supreme Religious Authority, is committed to “continuing to its humanitarian and charitable campaigns in support of newlyweds.”
The director of the foundation, Hojjat al-Islam Sheikh Ali al-Mujahid, told Shia Waves Agency that “the foundation donated the third batch of bedroom furniture to dozens of newlyweds, on the occasion of the great anniversary of the birth of the Prophet Muhammad (S) and his grandson Imam al-Sadiq, peace be upon them.”
He added that “such services are provided to facilitate the marriage of young people, in compliance with the recommendations of the Supreme Religious Authority, His Eminence Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Sadiq al-Husseini al-Shirazi, who repeatedly encourages such humanitarian projects.”
