Residents of Manchester showed up at the Bowler’s Exhibition Centre in Trafford for Europe’s largest halal food festival. With over 150 vendors on hand, visitors were spoilt for choice for the festival celebrating halal food and lifestyle.
Organisers have estimated that by the end of the event, around 15,000 people will have attended the festival, which is in its second year.
The event saw halal food from around the world and even local favourites
Bilal Khan, the organiser and festival director of The Halal Food Festival told local newspapers that visitors have shown a phenomenal response, which has encouraged plans to hold the event in the following years.
