Son of Grand Ayatollah Shirazi urges Shia devotees to glorify rituals of Imam Hussein

The son of the Supreme Religious Authority Grand Ayatollah Seyyed Sadiq al-Husseini al-Shirazi, Hujjat-ul-Islam wa-al-Muslimeen Sayyed Ahmed al-Shirazi has urged the followers of Ahlulbayt, peace be upon them, to glorify rituals of Imam Hussein, peace be upon, and to prepare for commemorating the Arbaeen Pilgrimage.

This came during his visit to a number of Madeefs in the state of Kuwait where he met with a number of Shia devotees and loyalists of Ahlulbayt, peace be upon them.

The Shia Waves correspondent in Kuwait said that, “Ayatollah Ahmed al-Shirazi visited the Madeefs of Ali al-Akhbar and Muhasan al-Zahra, as he was accompanied by his son, Sayyed Mohammad Ridha al-Shirazi.”

He added that, “Al-Shirazi stressed the importance of glorifying the cause and rituals of Imam Hussein, peace be upon him, and to be completely prepared to commemorate the Arba’een Pilgrimage.”
