Office of Grand Ayatollah Shirazi announces first day of blessed month of Sha’aban

The Office of the Supreme Religious Authority, His Eminence, Grand Ayatollah Sayyed Sadiq Al-Husseini Al-Shirazi has announced that today, Wednesday, is the first day of the blessed month of Sha’aban (1444 AH), corresponding to February 22, 2023.

It is worth mentioning that the birthday anniversaries of Imam Hussein, Abu al-Fadl al-Abbas and Imam al-Sajjad, peace be upon them, are marked on the 3rd, 4th and 5th of the lunar Hijri month of Sha’aban, respectively.
