Chairman of the Shia Endowment Bureau: The Conference of Secretary-Generals of Holy Shrines aims to prepare programs to serve pilgrims

The Chairman of the Shia Endowment Bureau, Dr. Haider al-Shammari, said that Conference of Secretary-Generals of Holy Shrines in Najaf aims to prepare joint programs and decisions to be submitted to the government and the relevant ministries in order to better serve the pilgrims.

He added in a statement that “the conference will be part of the upcoming series of multiple conferences with secretary-generals and deputies of holy shrines for the purpose of developing the pilgrim service.”

Al-Shammari continued, “The conference aims to reach decisions adopted by the holy shrines and through the Shia Endowment Bureau in order to present them to the Iraqi government, the parliament, and to the relevant ministries such as finance, planning and other ministries, to serve the Iraqi citizen and pilgrim.
