Baghdad: Conference for Husseini preachers in preparation for the season of grief

Husseiniyat Qasr al-Zahraa, peace be upon her, in the Iraqi capital, Baghdad, hosted a conference for Husseini preachers, in preparation for the season of grief (the months of Muharram and Safar), which mark the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Hussein, peace be upon him.

The conference was attended by a large number of clerics, scholars and students of religious sciences.

The Ahlulbayt Center for Islamic Thought stated in a statement received by Shia Waves News Agency, that Al-Shaaer Satellite TV channels and Najaf al-Ashraf Satellite Channel, in cooperation with the center, held a conference for Husseini preachers.

The center added that discussions took place about coordination between media institutions and preachers in order to convey the voice of Imam Hussein, peace be upon him, to all parts of the world.
