An official security source said that the security forces found three mass graves containing the remains of Iraqi soldiers appeared to have been killed by IS terrorists south of Tikrit city.

The source said that the cemetery was found in two areas south of Tikrit, adding that it was observed that there were uniforms worn by the elements of the military forces among the remains inside the cemetery.

The Iraqi security forces had discovered two mass graves for victims of the Speicher Base massacre in the center of Albu Ajil village east of Tikrit.
