The doctors and officials of the hospital briefed the president about the health condition of the injured, his office said.
Ghani wished speedy recovery to the injured and said he had expressed his heart-felt condolences to the victims’ families over the telephone and had assured them of rebuilding the mosque.
According to the statement, the president ordered the hospital officials to provide adequate treatment and take serious care of the injured.
In the same context, the Afghan Ulemas, religious scholars, have urged the Afghan government and the Taliban militants group to declare a permanent ceasefire.
