Holy Najaf completes preparations for Prophet Mohammad’s martyrdom anniversary

Holy Najaf’s local government has completed  its preparations for the massive pilgrimage

On the occasion of the martyrdom anniversary of the Holy Prophet, peace be upon him and his progeny, Holy Najaf’s local government has completed  its preparations for the massive pilgrimage which falls on next Friday.
Lu’ay al-Yassiri, governor of the holy city of Najaf, said that more than 25 thousand security personnel were deployed to protect the pilgrims who’ll flock to the holy city from inside Iraq and abroad.
Husseini processions also announced completion of preparations to accommodate local and foreign pilgrims.
