Imam Hussein Holy Shrine to Launch Multilingual Quranic Encyclopedia App Powered by AI

The Holy Quran House at the Imam Hussein Holy Shrine has announced the upcoming launch of the Electronic Quranic Encyclopedia of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them), a multilingual smartphone application incorporating modern artificial intelligence technologies.

Wissam Nadhir al-Dulafi, head of the Quranic Media Center, said the project has entered its second phase in preparation for launch. The application is being developed for both Android and iOS devices to serve researchers, academics, religious students and others interested in Quranic studies and the heritage of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them).

According to al-Dulafi, the app will use AI to enhance research services and provide multilingual dictionaries, including Arabic, English and French, alongside other languages. The initiative aims to facilitate access to Quranic knowledge, support specialized academic research and expand the reach of the encyclopedia to users in Iraq and abroad.
