Desecration of Muslim Cemetery in Southwest Sydney

An Islamic cemetery in the Narellan area of southwest Sydney has been targeted in a vandalism attack.

According to Shia Waves Agency, citing Anadolu Agency, the offensive act involved several pig heads and parts of animal remains being placed at the entrance of the Muslim cemetery.

Australian police said an investigation into the desecration has been launched and that the remains have been collected and removed in an appropriate manner.
