The Iraqi Oil Products Distribution Company has announced extensive preparations to meet the fuel demands of Karbala Province during the upcoming Arbaeen pilgrimage. The company stated that 40 million liters of fuel and 600 tons of gas per day will be provided to support the needs of Arbaeen pilgrims.

This measure is being undertaken to ensure seamless services and transportation for the millions of pilgrims expected to arrive. Securing sufficient fuel is a crucial part of Iraq’s comprehensive readiness plan to host the massive influx of visitors. This substantial supply is intended to cover the transportation, Moukebs (pilgrim service stations), and urban service needs throughout the Arbaeen period.
