Muslim World League Chief Meets UK Islamic Leaders in Madinah

Mohammed bin Abdulkarim Al-Issa, secretary-general of the Muslim World League (MWL), met with British Islamic leaders in Madinah on Wednesday to discuss challenges facing the UK’s Muslim community, Arab News reported. The delegation praised the MWL’s role in supporting Muslim minorities in Europe and preserving cultural and religious identities.
The visitors toured the MWL-affiliated International Fair and Museum of the Prophet’s Biography, which showcases the life of Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him and his pure family.
During the meeting, the delegation commended the 2019 Charter of Makkah for promoting moderation and fostering dialogue with non-Muslim audiences.
