The Al-Abbas Holy Shrine has been covered in black in preparation for the sorrowful martyrdom anniversary of Imam al-Hassan al-Askari, peace be upon him,

According to Shia Waves correspondent, the employees at the holy shrine covered the walls of the shrine with black banners of sadness, with the honorable name of Imam al-Mahdi, may Allah Almighty bring forward his honorable reappearance.

It should be mentioned that Shia Muslims in Iraq, Iran, Syria and other world countries are holding mourning ceremonies to commemorate the martyrdom anniversary of Imam al-Hassan al-Askari, peace be upon him.
