Telecommunication networks disconnected in Hazara, Shiite areas of Kabul

With the arrival of the 10th of Muharram, the Taliban group disabled the antennas to cut off all telecommunications networks in the west of Kabul.

A number of residents in the west of Kabul, most of whom are Hazaras and Shiites, told the local media on Friday, July 28th, that the antennas of the telecommunication networks were disabled in this area since early morning.

Last year, on the 10th day of Muharram, the Taliban disabled the antennas of the telecommunication networks in the west of Kabul.

This regime has imposed unprecedented restrictions on Muharram mourning in Afghanistan this year. During the last few days, the group beat up dozens of Hosseini mourners in Kabul and Ghazni province and arrested many.
