Seven-Year Project Produces New Korean Translation of Holy Quran
—————————–
Dr. Hamid Choi Young-kil, a Muslim researcher from South Korea, has completed a comprehensive Korean translation of the Holy Quran after seven years of continuous research and effort.
The translation was prepared with the aim of making Quranic concepts more accessible and providing an accurate reference text for Muslims and researchers of Islamic studies in South Korea.
According to the Interfaith Dialogue Institute’s Telegram channel, the work represents an important step toward expanding Quranic education in Korea, where Islamic resources in the Korean language remain limited.
The completed translation is expected to serve as a valuable resource for the country’s Muslim community and those interested in studying Islamic teachings.
