The Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) Hussainiya in Karbala held a joyful celebration for Eid Allah al-Akbar, Eid al-Ghadeer al-Aghar, attended by a large gathering of believers and devotees of the Ahl al-Bayt.

The event began with recitations from the Holy Qur’an, followed by prayers of intercession and the Ziyarat of Amin Allah, creating a spiritual atmosphere reflecting the significance of the occasion in the hearts of participants.

The ceremony included a religious lecture delivered by Sheikh Abbas al-Nasiri, who discussed the doctrinal and historical dimensions of the Ghadir event and its importance in Islamic consciousness. He emphasized its role in reinforcing the concepts of Wilayah and emulation of Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib (peace be upon him).

Sheikh al-Nasiri highlighted the importance of deriving ethical and humanitarian values from Imam Ali’s life and translating them into practical actions that foster social unity, solidarity, and service, noting that the message of Ghadir represents a civilizational path rooted in justice, mercy, and reform.

The celebration concluded with devotional chants, poetry, and praise songs extolling Imam Ali, performed by Radood Hussein al-Karbala’i, amid an atmosphere of joy, as attendees renewed their allegiance to the teachings of the Ahl al-Bayt.
